Y-PEER Bhutan

"What we know is what we share, we are Y-PEER"

Y-PEER Bhutan (Youth Peer Education Network Bhutan) is a youth-led network committed to promoting healthy lifestyles, informed decision-making, and meaningful youth participation across Bhutan. Through peer-to-peer education, we create safe spaces where young people can openly discuss issues that matter to them, learn from each other, and grow together.

We believe that young people are not just beneficiaries of development but they are leaders, advocates, and changemakers. By equipping youth with knowledge, skills, and confidence, we empower them to take ownership of their wellbeing and actively contribute to their communities.

What do we do?

We work on key issues that directly impact young people and their wellbeing:

9

Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights

10

Peer Education and Youth Leadership

11

Gender Equality and GBV Prevention

12

Mental Health and Wellbeing

13

Youth Advocacy and Civic Engagement
