This sketch is presented by our Peer Educator/ Vice President Ankisha Shrestha. She writes, “Your uneven tone is beautiful! Your plus size body is beautiful! Your tanned skin is fine and your nose is still cute! They said even Marilyn Monroe had a big body and still adored her. They said “Beauty comes in all sizes” and still bullied us. How hypocrite! Beauty was never about the size zero and bright skin yet it became a trend! Sad but true 
You don’t need to go through knives for a beauty. You don’t need to go through trauma for a perfect body! Perfect body never exists. It’s true that it’s never easy when your body is criticized. It’s never easy when your skin tone is racialized. It’s never easy when you are body shamed. But there’s always one fact that your inner beauty and soul is true, your character is true and most of all you are beautiful and your imperfections are absolutely perfect!
