Insights from Bhutan National Youth Forum on Sustainable Development Goals 🌏
The first ever Bhutan Youth Forum on Sustainable Development Goals ahead of APFSD 2024 was held from January 27th to 28th, convening 39 youth representatives from various youth networks.
During the forum, youth examined and delved into critical issues with regard to poverty alleviation, hunger eradication, mental health, gender disparities, climate change, institutional reforms and partnership building. Moreover, the forum culminated in developing national youth Call-to-Action and action plans by youth groups echoing the nation’s commitment to the 2030 Agenda for a sustainable future.

Insights from Mongolia National Youth Forum on Sustainable Development Goals 🌏
Mongolian National Youth Forum on SDGs was successfully conducted by Y-PEER Mongolia on 26th January in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. 37 youth from different backgrounds participated in this forum and demonstrated their commitment and recommendations towards SDG 1, 2, 13, 16 and 17 ahead of APFSD 2024. Discussions were done within the framework of the discussion on policy programs in Mongolia.

Insights from Papua New Guinea National Youth Forum on Sustainable Development Goals 🌏
The PNG National Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD), held at Lamana Hotel on Wednesday 31st of January, convened 37 participants to deliberate on critical issues aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 2, 13, 16, and 17. These goals formed the focal points of engaging discussions, fostering a collaborative environment for participants to explore innovative solutions. The forum’s outcomes reflect a collective commitment to addressing challenges related to poverty, hunger, climate action, peace, justice, and partnerships. The event not only showcased the diversity of perspectives but also emphasized the importance of concerted efforts in achieving the shared objectives outlined in the SDGs.
