Kiribati Ypeer was established in 2015 and Co-founded and funded by UNFPA and collaboration with two key ministries, Ministry of health MOH and Ministry of women’s, youth, sport, and social affair/MWYSSA.
Our mission
Strengthen and spread high quality peer-to-peer education in the field of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and life skills.
Why are we unique?
Peer-to-peer education using alternative methods of education (such as theatre-based techniques, role games, simulations, etc.)
OUR ACTIVITIES
Kiribati Youth Peer Network is designed by young people for young people. This network has a special focus on youth’s sexual reproductive health and rights.
