what is y-peer bhutan?

Y-PEER Bhutan is a youth-led organization working to advocate and create awareness on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for young people of Bhutan since 2012. 

What is our focus?

Y-PEER Bhutan focuses on topics such as SRHR, Gender Based Violence, Comprehensive Sexuality Education, Menstrual Hygiene Management, Digital Literacy, STIs etc alomg with soft skills development of young people. 

What is our approach?

We use PEER to PEER approach for sharing of information and trainings. Tools used are Presentations, Role-plays, Demonstrations, Focus Group Discussions, Debates and Moral Games
