Title: Share and Win : COVID19 , Peer Education & Youth SRHR (Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights)
Background: Y-PEER Asia Pacific and partners are searching for the case studies related to the works done by young people after Covid 19 pandemic to promote SRHR education , information and services in local and national level.It includes new innovative way to do the activities or continuation of the works which was done before COVID19 Pandemic .
Who can participate: Any Individuals, Groups or organisation from Asia Pacific Region ( Countries between Iran in West and Kiribati in East)
What can you submit : Case studies based on the works you had done during the Covid19 (starting from January) linking Peer Education or any SRHR issues.
This includes:
– Promotion of SRHR issues
– Educating other young people
– Advocating on issues related to SRHR (GBV, HIV, YFHS, SRHR services, contraceptives, others)
– New challenges faces due to COVID19 or Lockdown and the solutions to continue the works
How to submit : Email the case studies at srhrandcovid19@ypeerap.org with you name, country and contact details .
Deadline : You can submit the case studies from June 01 until end of August 2020. The entires will be reviewed in weekly basis.
FAQ :
Q1. I am not affiliated with any organisation or clubs but I am working individually to promote SRHR. Can I submit the case study? Also the work I am doing is in very small scale, that is just within my small community.
- Yes, you do not need to be affiliated with any clubs or organisation.
- Yes, any works which is done in micro level to macro level could be shared.
Q2. What can I submit for the case study?
- You can send your self recorded video or audio clip or short articles about your work or images and links . It could be anything which clarifies your works and could be understood by the reviewer.
Q3. Is winners selected as per the number of times the case is shared in social media?
- “Share and Win” is only the title for this contest. The share only refers to sharing the submission to us.
- Yes, you share the case study of works done by your group and other organisations but you need to clarify (a) if you were directly involved in this work (b) if you are only submitting the works on behalf of other.
Both (a) and (b) are eligible for this contest.
- All valid submissions will receive the certificate. For the winners they will receive a scholarship to attend one of the regional forums or conferences. Regarding the cash or other prizes, due to present context it will be finalised in near future
- Yes both works. We recommend to use Instagram direct messages or email address to send us the link or content. If you prefer other communication platform, you can always request via email or instagram messaging.
Q8. I prefer google or other forms. Is there any form where I can directly submit my submission?
- The link of the form will be shared in June 1st week. You can either use email, form or instagram.
