Background : Y-PEER Nepal is Registered Organisation in Nepal which was established in 2010 AD with an objective to promote peer education, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and other youth issue in Nepal. Y-PEER Nepal is member of YPEER Asia Pacific Center (YPEER AP) who work as an umbrella of Y-PEER National networks in more than 15 countries in Asia Pacific Region.

National Training of Trainers (NTOT) is flagship training of Y-PEER Nepal and other YPEER National Networks in Asia Pacific Region which is conducted as per the standard of YPEER Asia Pacific Network and following the Y-PEER AP International Training Manual.

Similarly, Y-PEER National Training of Trainers for Deaf Young People is standard training that is conducted as per the standard manual developed by Y-PEER AP and Working Group on Disabilities and 2030 Agenda (Disabilities2030) and had been implemented in Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan and Srilanka.

Training Details: Two Training are being planned for young Nepali people in February 2023. One of the two training will be focused only for Deaf Young People where as the second training will be focused on all young people belonging to the diverse background. The Training is planned to be facilitated by Nepali and Bhutanese Trainers.

Language Details: Deaf Training will be in Nepali Language and Nepali Sign Language. Where as the next training will be facilitated in Nepali Language. The Trainers must have knowledge of Nepali Speaking . Writing Skills of Nepali Language is not compulsory.

Tentative Date and Duration: Each Training will be conducted for 5 days. The tentative date of both training is 2nd – 4th Week of February 2023.  

Fundings : The training will be fully funded for all trainers and particpants. This includes the transportation via flight or road transportation for all International and National Trainers. The facilitation cost of the training will also be provided to each trainers.

Who can apply: All Nepali speaking Y-PEER National members from Bhutan can apply for this position. The Trainers should be part of the previous National Training of Trainers or Advance Training of Trainers. Priority will be given to the individuals who had facilitated in previous National Trainings, however we encourage all the national tot participants to apply for this position.
