On the occasion of World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2019, our peer educator Ms. Ankisha Shresthawould like to share her creative painting.
She writes, “The above picture represents the menstrual hygiene. The stains were never impure or immoral but the taboos were illogical. The only blood that came with no violence but always looked disgusted. The only blood that can give a new life but still taken as a sinful.”
